Biography
Associate Professor of Computer Science – Purdue University
Dr. Chunyi Peng is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Purdue University and the lab director of the MSSN (Mobile System, Security and Networking) Lab. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Her research interests are in the broad areas of mobile networking, system and security, with a recent focus on renovating 5G/6G radio access technologies, AI for networks, 5G network security, mobile edge computing, and AI-empowered drone/robot autonomy over computer vision, VLC and new wireless sensing. Dr. Peng has published in top venues including MobiCom, SIGCOMM, NSDI, MobiSys, INFOCOM, ICNP, IROS, TMC and TON. She is serving (has served) on the editorial boards of TON, TMC, TIFS, and Computer Networks. She serves on technical program committees for top ACM and IEEE conferences on networking and mobile computing including MobiCom, SIGCOMM, NSDI and MobiSys.
