Dr. Bullock earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 1992. Bullock is the Lyles Family Professor of Civil Engineering at Purdue University and serves as the director of the Joint Transportation Research Program (JTRP). Bullock is a Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana and has 30 years of experience in the industry working closely with airports, transportation agencies, the automotive industry, and private sector partners. Bullock is currently leading several projects related to connected and autonomous vehicles and probe vehicle analytics.
