Heejin Jeong

Biography

Former Postdoctoral Research Fellow – The University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute (UMTRI)
Assistant Professor of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering – University of Illinois at Chicago

Dr. Jeong develops human performance models based on eye and motion tracking data and cognitive processing theories. He also develops experimental prototypes and tools to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of the human interactive systems. Dr. Jeong received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. He completed his postdoctoral training in the Human Factors Group at the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute.
