Biography

Vice President of Economic & College Development – Washtenaw Community College

Dr. Michelle Mueller is a visionary leader and growth agent with over 34 years of experience in community college administration. She is responsible for leading, organizing, and executing strategic plans designed to enhance regional and county economic and college development and oversees Corporate Training, Certification Testing, Continuing Education, Marketing, Communications, and Web Services. She currently serves nationally on the American Association of Community Colleges’ national Commission on Economic and Workforce Development, the ITS Michigan Board of Directors, the Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti LDFA Board, the American Center for Mobility Educational Advisory Committee and is the Project Director for WCC’s partnership with the University of Michigan’s Center for Connected and Automated Transportation USDOT grant.
