Mcity Named as Hub for Connected and Autonomous Vehicles


The New York Times has done a feature on Mcity, a first-of-its-kind test facility with a focus on connected and autonomous vehicles. The 32-acre testbed features a multitude of driving environments for researchers including urban, suburban, and highways. UMTRI Director and CCAT PI Dr. James Sayer also discussed the Ann Arbor Connected Vehicle Test Environment (AACVTE), a key resource to Mcity.
