Project Abstract:
The purpose of this workshop is to bring together experts in connected and automated vehicles (CAVs) to identify gaps in transportation education as it relates to CAV systems, and discuss how these gaps can be filled. Prior to the workshop, a survey will be held to collect information about potential educational gaps. This survey will be used to inform the direction of the workshop. After the workshop, a white paper will be developed to summarize discussions held during the workshop and identify a path forward for closing CAV-focused educational gaps.
